The lock is activated from outside by a standard key and from inside by the thumb-turn. When locked, the latch bolt is held in place by the included strike or dummy mortise case (for double doors – purchase separately).
Dimensions: 7 7/8″ H x 2 23/64″ W x 5/64″ thick. Mortise: 23/64″ deep. Lock case: 3 21/32″ D x 6″ H x 11/16″ W. Faceplate: 8″ H x 1″ W. Backset: 2 3/4″. Standard Door Thickness: 1 3/4″.
